komische schlafsituation?

hallo leute ich habe seit dem ich eine psychose hatte immer wieder das problem das wenn ich schlafe und ich aufwache dann noch schlafdamisch bin das ich träume ich hätte mein handy in der hand und würde tiktok schauen in dem traum denke das ich schon wach bin und dann aufeinmal wieder aufwache obwohl das mit dem handy nie passiert ist.
