Ich hatte 165 aber jetzt nurnoch 120 herz was soll ich tun?

Hallo zusammen mein Monitor hatte immer 165 Hz aber jetzt nurnoch 120. Ausserdem hab ich 2 monitore doch der 2te Monitor ist so bisschen Blas geworden. Ich bin am verzweifeln könnt ihr mir helfen?
