Haarausfall schlimm?

Heyy meine Freundin hatte vorgestern eine kleine kahle Stelle an meinem Kopf entdeckt wo meine Haare ausgefallen sind, sie meinte es ist schlimmer geworden, was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich hatte in letzter Zeit ca. 2x die Woche Sleek Zöpfe getragen aber ansonsten nichts schädliches mit meinen Haaren gemacht. Was kann ich tun um meine Haare zu schonen und wächst das wieder nach?
