Garmin Tour erneut auf Komoot hochladen?

Liebe Community, ich habe mit meiner Fenix Uhr von Garmin viele Touren getracked. Dank Synchronisation mit Komoot (Garmin zu Komoot und Komoot zu Garmin) auf "An" werden diese problemlos auf Komoot übertragen. Jetzt habe ich allerdings eine Tour auf Komoot gelöscht (weil ich sie falsch nachbearbeitet habe, auf 7m gekürzt...) , auf Garmin existiert sie noch.

Wie kann ich die Tour von Garmin erneut auf Komoot übertragen?
