Dolphin Emulator Download geht nicht?

Wenn ich mir den Dolphin Emulator downloade und dann öffnen will kommt diese Fehlermeldung.

Was meint er damit? Was fehlt mir noch? Und wo kann ich das fehlende downloaden/hinzufügen?

Lad dir mal die Visual Studio C++ 2019 runter und installiere erst x86 und dann x64
