Bild/Ton nach Hochladen von Videos auf Insta/TikTok nicht mehr synchron. Was tun?

servus, und zwar wenn ich Videos auf insta bzw tiktok hochladen will, dann is das bild mit dem Ton nich mehr synchron. In meinem Fall passen die Mundbewegungen nich mehr zum Gesang. In der Galerie passt es aber. Was kann ich dagegen tun?
