Aus meiner three sixty Flasche kommt nichts raus, an was kann das liegen?

Ich habe eine three sixty mische zu meinem 18 Geburtstag bekommen aber das Problem jetzt hier bei ist es kommt nichts raus weiß jemand an was das liegen könnte
