AOE3 ruckelt trotz ausreichender Hardware?

Age of Empires 3 Ruckelt bei mir kontinuierlich wenn ich auf der karte hin und her fliege. wieso ist das so.

GTX 1080 SC

Intel core I7 8700K getaktet auf 5Ghz

3000Mhz DDR4 Ram 16GB

das ganze läuft auf Windows 10 in einer Auflösung von 2560x 1080

die Auslastung meiner Hardware geht fast gegen 0

Das Problem liegt ziemlich wahrscheinlich an deiner Auflösung. Probier mal das:

Wenn du die Retail Version hast ignorier den Part mit Steam und geh direkt in den Install Ordner von AOE.

1. Navigate to your Steam game library.

2. Right-click on the game and choose Properties.

3. Select the "LOCAL FILES" tab and press the "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..." button.

4. In the folder which should now have opened, locate file named "age3y.exe".

Then:

1. Right-click this "age3y.exe" file and select "Properties"

2. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab

3. Tick the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", click OK to save

4. Double click "age3y.exe" to launch the game and see if performance improved

Hm ok. Evtl Probier mal die Auflösung auf 1920x1080 zu stellen. Kann gut sein das das Game Probleme mit der Skalierung hat. Ansonsten wäre ich mit meinem Rat am ende^^ Google doch mal. Da wirst du bestimmt ne Lösung finden.
