0 von 0 Haushalte in Cities Skylines. Was tun?

Hallo,

ich habe eine Stadt in Cities Skylines mit ungefähr 671.000 Einwohnern. Wenn ich Wohngebiete baue haben immer ein paar oder manchmal alle Häuser 0 von 0 Haushalten.

Ich benutze folgende Mods:

81 Tiles, Infinite demand Mod, Realistic population 2, Game Anarchy, Harmony V 2.2.2-0, Lifecycle Rebalance Revisited.

Was kann ich tun und gibt es vielleicht eine Mod die jenes verhindert?
