Isotretinoin und Haut icen?

Hallo!

Ich nehme seit ca. 34 Tagen 20mg Isotretinoin (oral) pro Tag und bin 15 Jahre alt mit 61Kg Körpergewicht:

Da man einige "kosmetische Eingriffe" vermeiden solle (unter Iso) frage ich mich, ob ich meine Haut mit Eiswürfeln abkühlen darf, um etwaige Rötungen zu lindern...

Kennt sich da jemand aus?
