Marshall Stanmore Bluetooth Signal viel zu leise?

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Marshall Stanmore Bluetooth Speaker. Der Lautsprecher hat sonst problemlos funktioniert, aber jetzt ist auf einmal die Bluetooth Ausgabe total leise und ohne Ton kommt ein Rauschen, was man normalerweise nicht hört. Ich muss sowohl beim Handy (iPhone 6) als auch beim Marshall voll aufdrehen, um überhaupt ein wenig zu hören. Wenn ich mit meinem Laptop oder iPod über Bluetooth höre, geht das problemlos, auch Cinch, optical und 3.5 Klinke laufen problemlos. Aber mit anderen Bluetooth Lautsprechern läuft das iPhonel auch problemlos.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen, da das Problem sehr nervig ist.

Nachdem ich alle möglichen probiere und nichts geworden ist, bin ich von Leonmuc00 inspiriert. habe auch Marshell Technik Support angeschrieben.

Sie haben sehr nett geantwortet:

Perform a factory reset - this will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, it will be necessary to go through the original set up process. 
  • Press and HOLD the Source and Play/Pause button for 7-10 seconds
  • The SOURCE LED's will all flash quickly to confirm the reset was successful

leider habe ich nicht dadurch geschafft, sondern davon inspirieret:

die bluetooth Verbindung komplett deinstallieren, und danach erneut die Bluetooth Verbindung einzurichten.

Es hat geklappt!
