Wo ist Ring des Gemetzels in Borderlands 3?

Hallo ich suche den Ring des Gemetzels aber finde ihn nicht an den orten wo er sein soll bin recht neu im spiel bin erst lvl 17 aber finde nicht diese Arenen kann mir da jemand helfen was ich machen kann das ich sie freischalte oder falsch mache?
