Wie kann man in Kapitel hin und her springen bei dem the last of us part 1 Remake?

Hallo hab paar probleme bei meiner platin Jagd. Ich habe gehört mann kann zwischen Kapiteln wechseln aber wie?? Ich habe das in left behind gemacht und musste dann ab dem Kapitel wieder alles aufspielen. Weiß wer was?
