Visum in Ägypten mit deutschem Aufenthaltstitel?

Hallo, ich bräuchte ganz dringend eine Antwort.

Bekommt man mit einem afghanischen Reisepass, dennoch deutschen Aufenthaltstitel den Visum in Ägypten oder muss man den in Deutschland beantragen?
