Touchscreen kaputt - Tipps für Reparatur?

Hallo in der Runde!

Mal angenommen das Display von einem Handy A kaputt gegangen ist. Kann man das so beheben, dass man das Touchscreen von Handy B (natürlich mit der identischen Länge und Breite von Handy A) einfach in Handy A repariert hinzufügen kann ?
