Suche den Text eines engl. Kinderweihnachtsliedes
Hallo, ich suche den Text eines engl. Weihnachtsliedes. Leider weis ich auch den Titel nicht, nur einen "Textfetzen": "sugar, cakes and candy for chrsitmas day....hanging up your (socks?)....for christmas day"
Ich hoffe, das damit irgend jemand etwas anfangen kann. Google schon seit einiger Zeit, bin aber nicht fündig geworden.... Danke!

Es ist zwar vier Jahre her seit deiner Frage, aber ich weiß die Antwort... ;) Ich hatte es damals auch im Englisch Unterricht.:
"Santa Claus is coming, it's almost day. Sugar, cakes and candy for christmas day. Hang up your stocking for christmas day. I want the size forty stocking for christmas day."
Christmas Alphabet
C is for the candy trimmed around the christmas tree, H is for the happiness with all the family, R is for the reindeer prancing by the window pane, I is for the icing on the cake as sweet as sugar cane, S is for the stocking hanging on the chimney wall, T is for the toys beneath the tree so tall, M is for the misletoe where everyone is kissed, A is for the angels who make up the christmas list, S is for the santa who makes every kid his pet, Be good and he’ll bring you everything in your christmas alphabet!

vielen Dank für Deine Mühe, KlaraLara - aber leider ist es nicht das Gesuchte. Bin mir auch sicher, das es kürzer ist. Möchte es mit 4jährigen lernen....
