Rechter Jbl kopfhörer ladet nicht?

Ich habe mir neulich neue Jbl kopfhörer gekauft. Am Anfang ging der rechte Kopfhörer nicht später war alles okay nur habe ich seit letztem gemerkt das der rechte kopfhörer nicht ladet. Ich meine Kaputt kann der ja nicht sein weil ich ihn erst 2 tage habe könnt ihr mir helfen?
