Gta 5 ( ps5 edition)?

Hey, ich hab da mal eine frage. Ist es möglich in gta 5 online eine private lobby zu erstellen, wo auch keine Npc's um die stadt fahren? Ich sehe immer leute die das haben aber meistens wegen einem Bug. Ist da was möglich oder nicht?
