das geht nur, wenn du eine deutsche Sprachdatei in deinem BS hast.Wenn ja -> dann "Balabolka". Bei den älteren Windows XP ist die Sprachdatei noch dabei, bei Vista & Co. nicht mehr :-)

Ist super einfach zu bedienen. Ich kann das Programm zum Text in Sprache umwandeln nur empfehlen. Kannst es ja mal ausprobieren.
