Finger riecht nach Kot was tun?

Ich habe alles versucht, 2 mal ganze Flasche Essig und Apfel Essig, Seife, Bürste, Limetten drauf, Zahnpasta, Waschpulver und mehr aber es riecht immer noch, was kam ich tun?
