Discord ticket bot?

Hi ich hab eine Frage zum Discord Ticket bot (nicht ticket Tool) wenn jemand ein Ticket erstellt dann sehe ich das ja. Aber ich möchte dass auch meine Mods das Ticket sehen. Ich möchte aber nicht immer /add machen. Kann man das irgendwie machen?
