Amazon Prime Video?

Guten Tag, ich habe ein Problem mit Amazon Prime Video. Obwohl ich ein Abo hab geht es nicht, auf meinem Handy sowohl auf meine PS5 jedoch auf dem Handy von meiner Mutter geht es. Kann es sein dass man jetzt weitere Geräten dazu buchen muss oder ist das einfach ein Fehler von Amazon? Vielen Dank.
