Kann man mehr als 200 Zigaretten in USA mitnehmen?
Wir fliegen bald für mehrere Wochen in die USA und rauchen Iqos, die es dort nicht gibt. Eine Stange pro Person reicht dann leider nicht.
Weiß jemand, ob man auch mehr als die 200 Zigaretten mitnehmen kann, wenn man diese dann verzollt?
Ich habe gehört, das Zollformular im Flugzeug gibt es nicht mehr. Wird man dann überhaupt abgefragt?

Nein, das wäre dann gewerblicher Import. Der unterliegt noch strengeren Regeln:

Mache eine direkte Anfrage an US Customs. Zusätzlich, nehme bei der Einreise den Roten Kanal. Vielleicht gibt es dort auch die Option dass man falls zu teuer die Ware kostenlos entsorgen kann.
