Schmand hat 20 - 29 % Fett, Saure Sahne ist eine geschmackvolle Alternative, denn sie besitzt nur ca. 10% Fett und ist zum Kochen optimal, manchmal tut´s aber auch Joghurt oder Quark (beim Backen).
