I ordered in the beginning of June, sent the things back that I didn't want to keep on my expenses, got the information that the parcel is back at the shop...it's mid July and I am still waiting for my 70€ refund.
Customer service is horrible. Scripted response mails, on the phone there is no coming through to an operator.
I am mailing the provided mail adress constantly and no one addresses the issue — that the company still owns me the refund.
