Bei GTA IV ist ausschliesslich die Hauptstory mit dem Niko Bellic dabei. Holst Du dir die GTA IV Complete Edition hast du noch zwei Storys namens "The Ballad of Gay Tony" und "The Lost and Dammed" oder so. Auch wenn Du nur GTA IV hast kannst Du den Multiplayer spielen.
