Eamor m32 mit Motorola T82?

Hallo, ich hätte eine Frage. Ich habe jetzt das Headset von Eamor M32 dazu habe ich die passende PTT M51 von Eamor und als Funkgerät hab ich das Motorola T82. Das Problem ist jetzt sprechen kann ich damit, nur ich kann nichts hören. Vielleicht weiß ja einer von euch da weiter
