durchfall nach pilleneinnahme?

heute um 7 uhr morgens hab ich die pille genommen wie immer dann um 13 uhr erneute pille ausversehen weil ich dachte ich hätte sie vergessen dann hatte ich um 15 uhr durchfall wirkt die pille noch ? weil vllt zählt das dann von 15 die pille oder nicht ?
