Am Tag meistens so 3-4 mal je nach Zeit und Lust
Nonstop 24\7 scheiß auf essen trinken Arbeit oder schlaf sb ist alles was zählt...

Am Tag ist die falsche Zeiteinheit. Allerhöchstens zweimal pro Woche, manchmal auch nur einmal alle zwei Wochen.
