[Eine Mischung aus] 2% (w/v) [vom Trester], 7% glycerol (w/w [vom Trester]) dissolved in 1% (w/v) of citric acid solution.*
Meine Lösung ist:
2 g Trester und 1 g citric acid mit 0,14 g glycerol with in 100ml Wasser vermengen.
Das ist ein Rezept für eine Substanz, mir kommt aber der Wassergehalt zu hoch vor, dafür, dass die Substanz später fest werden soll.
Man soll das Gemisch jedoch bei 70°C erhitzen. Soll das Wasser evaporieren, oder ist doch meine Rechnung nicht richtig?
