Was bedeutet "Shipment on hold" bei DHL?

Ich erwarte ein Packet aus England. Nun steht da "Shipment on hold". Was bedeutet das? Ich dachte man bezahlt kein Zoll für Sendungen in der EU.

Was heißt "shipment on hold" bei DHL Express Versand?

Hallo, Ich hab so in etwa vor einer Woche das OnePlus X bestellt. Das Handy kommt ja aus China deswegen dauert es natürlich ein Weile trotz Express Versand. Das Handy ist es .ca 2-3 Tage in Deutschland und liegt seit 1 Tag in einer Paketstation die eine Weile entfernt von mir ist. Außerdem steht bei den Details vom DHL Tracking "shipment on hold" weiß jemand was ich jetzt tun soll? Wird das Handy jetzt die nächsten Tage geliefert oder muss ich es abholen? Ich hab ja nicht Mal eine E-mail bekommen.
