Was bedeutet "Hair of the Dog"?
Ich verstehe den englischen Wikipedia-Artikel nicht ganz. Kann mir jemand eine Begriffserklärung geben?
Auszug aus Wikipedia:
"Hair of the dog" is a colloquial expression in the English language predominantly used to refer to alcohol that is consumed with the aim of lessening the effects of a hangover.

"Hair of the Dog" wird im englischen Sprachgebrauch (bzw. Umgangssprachlich) überwiegend als Ausdruck für Alkoholkonsum verwendet, welcher das Ziel des verringerns eines Hangover-effects hat.
Von mir frei übersetzt.
Somit heisst "Hair of the Dog" soviel wie "Konterbier".

Vielen Dank!☺
