A way out loading screen koop bug?

I wann to play the game with my friend but im in a loading screen with spinning cycle that never stop

Shut down your pc/console and start it again. It should be than fixed. If not than reinstall the game OR if you are on pc than close the game with the task manager.

Its not working i tried all of that

than go local and play that sequence alone and after the loading screen you can go again in online and play with your friend.
