Dauerhaft Durchfall nach Gewichtszunahme nach Anorexie?

ich hatte oder habe Anorexie allerdings seit dem ich vom unter Gewicht ins normal Gewicht gekommen bin habe ich dauerhaft Durchfall egal was ich esse und wie viel ist das normal?Oder woran liegt das?
